What we sell

SHOPX sells consumer skincare and personal-care devices for at-home cosmetic use. Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden charges. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but the appearance on your screen may vary from the physical item.

We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and limit or discontinue any product at any time without notice. If we cancel an order because of a pricing error or because stock is unavailable, you will be refunded in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address is outside the countries we ship to, or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

The SHOPX name, logo, site design, text, and product photography created by us are our property and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Product names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners; where they appear on this site, it is for description only and does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

Your use of the site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, not to transmit malicious code, and not to scrape or copy its content for a competing service.

Limitation of liability

Our products are sold for personal cosmetic use and must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Termination

We may refuse service, close an account, or cancel current or future orders if these terms are breached — for example through fraudulent payment, repeated abusive contact with our staff, or misuse of the site. These terms remain in effect for any obligation incurred before that point. You may stop using the site at any time.
