What we collect

Name, email address, shipping address, phone number and order details. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our systems.

Why we collect it

To process and ship your order, to answer your enquiries, and — if you opt in — to send occasional product emails. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Cookies and analytics

Our store uses cookies for cart functionality and standard analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart may then not function.

Sharing with third parties

Order details are shared with our fulfilment partner and shipping carrier only to the extent needed to deliver your order, and with our payment provider to process payment.

Data retention

Order records are retained as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. To request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep, email work@shopxecom.com.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion, by emailing work@shopxecom.com. We respond within 30 days.
