Using the wand
Will I feel the current?
A faint warmth and a light tingle, nothing sharp. Use the dial to set a level that feels comfortable to you.
How often should I use it?
Three to four times a week works well for most people. Start once or twice a week if your skin is sensitive.
How long is one session?
About four minutes for the face. Add a minute or two for the neck or scalp.
Can I use it with acids or retinol?
Use the wand on bare, dry skin, then apply your actives afterwards. Never pass it over freshly applied acids.
What is the violet glow?
Ionised argon inside the sealed glass. Neon-filled heads glow orange instead; both are simply the gas reacting to the current.
Safety
Who should not use it?
Do not use it if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other electronic implant, metal implants in the area, epilepsy, or broken, irritated or actively inflamed skin. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor first.
Is it a medical device?
No. It is a cosmetic device for at-home use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
How do I clean the glass heads?
Let them cool, then wipe them with a soft cloth and a little rubbing alcohol. Keep water away from the handle.

Which countries do you ship to?
The United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia only. Shipping is free to all four.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch. You get a tracking link by email.
How can I pay?
With the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by the payment processor, not stored by us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Email us with your order number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return it within 14 days of delivery. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; there are no restocking fees. Faulty items are on us.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of your return reaching us, to your original payment method.
